I suffer of occasional panic attacks when confronted with loud noises and big crowds. This has been written with that in mind. Why the second person point of view, I have no idea. It just came out that way.
---

It's like you're stripped naked of all your defences - not with tender hands, but forcefully, brutally. In the blink of an eye everything becomes painfully clear, and it's something you just cannot take.
First, the shaking starts. Sometimes someone notices, sometimes not. And perhaps, if you're lucky, it stops there. But as luck seems to prefer to elude you in these situations, it's very likely to continue. Around the time you start having trouble breathing, you'd better go find yourself a silent, darkened room - assuming that you're still able to move. Either way there's nothing more that can be done but wait for you to regain your composure enough, so that you can lift up your walls again.

I know how you feel on this one.
