Making Up

Whisper softly in my ear...
Tell me things I need to hear.

Dance your fingers across my skin...
How could this ever be a sin?

Make me tremble, make me gasp...
I love it when your voice’s a rasp.

I run my fingers through your hair...
Our bodies make such a wonderful pair.

I press my lips to yours, a soft kiss...
You murmur that my body’s bliss.

My muscles spasm, yours tense...
I bite my lip, my aching intense.

You take me higher and higher...
I let go as I feel you filling me with fire.

We lay together, silent, curled around each other tight...
Another argument was put behind us as we made up tonight.

You kiss my ear, grin, break the silence and say -
“From now on, I’m going to start a fight every day.”
