This is saying how I feel right now, in a way...
But NO, it’s not something that's actually happening. e.e

Started this last night and finished it today... It kind of just came to me, and flowed out. That hasn't happened in a long time. But... Things are all messed up again and have me all sad and upset feeling. And for some reason, those are the times when I can write easiest.

A Stranger's Arms

Sometimes, talking to a stranger
Is easier than looking into your eyes,
And that’s the reason why...
I don’t come home some nights.

Sometimes a stranger’s arms...
Feel more loving than yours.
And the wine is more comforting
Than your distracted words.

Sometimes a stranger’s bed
Feels more welcoming than ours.
And he may not know my name, but...
His voice is more loving than yours.

When I come home the next morning
And you don’t even glance up at me...
It makes me feel so unloved... So again
Tonight, a stranger’s arms are where I’ll be.
