Happier

I hurt
You and your dreams.
I inflicted pain on you
Because I couldn't conquer
The panic or reality.
The knowledge stalked me
But now I gain solace in the fact
That you'll be happier
living where you're comfortable;
Be happier
having known yet not had.
You will be happier
Because I hurt.
