Patience is a virtue,
one we hold quite dear,
but people’s views regarding this
aren’t always very clear.

For instance there are services
that don’t take pride in haste
and when we try to urge them on
we’re labeled as being chaste.

Then there are the companies
out only for themselves.
They treat us good for starters
then stick us on their shelves.

These hulking corporations have
an abundance of this virtue,
yet when we go to phone they’re closed
for it is past their curfew!

So to all of these companies
that have such patience abound,
please won’t you tell me
in which division can it be found?
