There once was a time
When we talked about everything

That’s why it kills me now
To feel this silence falling onto me
Like the restless waves of the grey ocean

That’s why my heart weeps
I try to reach for you
But my words fail me

I don’t dare to say anything to you
For I wish not to be a bother
That is the reason why
I wait for you to open a conversation

Even if this long silence
would make me forget
the way of speaking
I still linger here
Waiting…
for you to talk to me again
