Bared in front of you
And it’s the most difficult thing
I’ve ever had to do
Silently, patiently waiting
Feeling all this new found happiness
Slowly and steadily abating
That you truly love
But the idea of me
And my sensibility,
That around you
I am void of
And how willingly I’d let you use me
Thinking, “No its not possible,
He would never abuse me.”
My strong will went
And again, I’m wondering
If you even notice my discontent
Not knowing where to turn
And always asking the question:
If I’ll ever learn
