There's not really all that much to talk about in the world. The way I see it, there are four basic types of conversation. There's the people conversation, in which you essentially gossip. You talk about friends, enemies, family, kids these days, anything like that. Celebrities, murderers, the annoying neighbour who always plays loud techno music. Any people that are worth talking about, and a lot who aren't. 

Within that there are categories. You could be criticizing, praising, questioning, or just bitching. You could be wondering at their strange lifestyle, or their weird clothes. There are a million million options to choose from. It is endlessly amusing to talk about people. 

The second category is events. That includes current events, past events, and possible future events. Within those topics are any kind of politics, performances, movies, sports events, and pretty much anything else that can possibly happen. You could be discussing the war of 1812 or the coming Red Sox game. The woes of being a soccer mom, or George Bush's latest dumb move. Your next trip to England.

The third category is items and ideas. Clothes, shoes, cars, the new game you got. Whatever. Items. This can include shopping occasionally. ideas can be anything fron the great idea you had yesterday to the philosophical ideas of so-and-so the great philosopher. 

The fourth category is sex. People talk about sex and various things relating to sex ALL THE TIME. Porn, masturbation, pin-ups, sex, bondage, more sex, girls, various parts of the human anatomy, both male and female. There are raunchy jokes, dirty limericks, all sorts of things. Sex is the favoured topic of all high-schoolers, no question about it. Everything can potentially be a nice little innuendo.
