Flowers start to bud
The equinox has passed
New life appears
As the world removes its mask.

The white, barren land
Will soon be blanketed in green
From the lakeside to the valleys
Everywhere that can be seen.

Soon the children will come
From every species and race
Plants and berries will bloom
That look as sweet as they taste.

Love will soon appear
And celebrations will begin
People will show each other kindness
Whethere or not they be kin.

Flowers bud
And birds will sing
Then we know this thing has come
Something we call Spring.
