Cracking! The whip across my back.
Smacking! The hands across my face.
Hacking! The blood across my throat.
Lacking! The pain across my heart!
Packing! The nails across my hands.
Racking! The clubs across my legs.
Tacking! The sign across my door.
Whacking! The guns across my ribs!
Backing! The truck across my feet.
Tracking! The men across my floor.
Slacking! The clothes across my chest.
Blacking! The flesh around my eye!
Stacking! The woe across my mind.
Starving, crying, hurting, dying,
We live in this world now. You think you have it bad?
