Finally forgiving myself and my cousin Andrew.

We were young, also very stupid
And I still feel like punching cupid

I never meant for things to be the way they are now
I just wish I could say I’m sorry somehow

It wasn’t just your fault, it was also mine
I hate going around pretending we’re fine

Family shouldn’t hate each other
It’s not right, so why do we bother?

Not everyone’s perfect, we’ve both made mistakes
But life is something we can't retake

If I made the suggestion that we both forget
Can we stop living our lives in such regret?

Forgetting is impossible, but forgiving is not
How about we try and give it a shot?
