He’d been crouched low and waiting, his was a very delicate procedure and to even consider moving would jeopardize the entire mission. This job wasn’t going to be easy, but the reward was golden. He could almost hear the people cooing their praises, like pagans uttering their thanks to the gods. His target was in sight, “today was going to be the day your immunity runs out for good” he thought. With a mighty heave he launched himself into the air, aimed right at his unsuspecting victim. An innocent bystander exiting a pet shop looked up as a large beetle-like bug zipped past their legs. They turned gasped in dismay to watch a small kitten squish like an accordion against the window of the shop door they had closed behind them.
