The officer with the badge surrounded the crime scene with yellow police tape and erected an arrow directing pedestrian traffic away from it. The crime had been a gruesome murder, perpetrated in a public place, which made crowd control difficult. The severed head of one Arthur Reginald Grimshaw had been found inside the tank of exotic fish in the lobby of the Grimshaw Investment Agency, the rest of his body from the neck down splayed on the floor beside a pile of broken glass and leaking bodily fluids. Needless to say, the expensive imported fish were all dead as well.
