The trees were bent over charred,
All existence from life barred,
The grass replaced by te dust of the dead,
The ground riddled by corpses, blisters a bloody red,
The creatures in the forests all ashes,
It's as if the world got it's deserved lashes,
Nuclear holocaust wiped the Earth clean,
Not a speck of life would ever be seen,
And so man cleansed the Earth of each other,
Not caring if he was friend or brother,
All were enemies of their nation or state,
Not stopping, thinking while they were irate,
They fire passing each other in the air,
When all was over, they were united, no one to care,
And now the world lies, eternal sleeping,
Silently waiting its turn for the cosmos reaping.
