Love is nothing
Love is all
Love is willingness to take a fall

Love is the moonlit night planned
It exceeds all expectations
Hand in hand

The feeling you get from your loyal mate
It escapes selfishness and especially hate

Love is darkness
Love is light
It won’t go down without a fight

Love is wood
Love is steel
It surly is the way I feel

Love is blue
Love is green
It truly is every color in between

Yellow, orange, purple, and pink
In our hearts it will sink

Black, green, red, and blue
What does love mean to you

Grey, brown, silver, and gold
I’ll wait till life’s journey unfolds
