Black is but a color
Meaning nothing to one another
As much fear or hate seems in it
Black it but a color

13 is but a number
Not really a sign of evil and unluck
All that is is paranoia
13 is but a number

Pain is but a word
It has no powers to hurt
All these feelings are just fake
And never is anything a big mistake
Pain is but a word

This world is but a place
It will not last forever
Needed times to love and cherish
I say is best done before the end
This world is but a place

I am but a human
Nothing more, nothing less
Why would I change that simple fact?
All that does is start to lead to my fateful heart attack
No fear and hate stir in me as I live
No need to be mean, stupid or aggressive
I am but a human

Black is but a color
Misjudged and misunderstood
Please take a second look if you would
I see nothing there but what it really is
Because black is but a color
