Hasnt it always done that? if you change the name you are creating a duplicate, with a different name. i dont think theres an option to just change the name and keep it the same wiki.

oooor are you talking about the fact that if you edit something a couple times instead of just jumping to the head of the queue on last edited (ie, like visitors to your house do) it creates a new entry for it...?
