OK! Maybe something like what is now on _testindex.css is better? I changed some colours, fixed the BALTBUTTONTEXTs, and did some other things. The list of forums has weird HTML, so I don't know how to make that any better.

Also "Search for a posting." on the list of forums page shouldn't have a period, because no other button does.
