I've seen them used in a couple of cooking shows... and yet I can't even remember what they look like.
So even if I did see 'em in a supermarket, I suspect I'd walk straight by. -_-;
They're like shallots (hmm, Lady of Shallot eh?). They're like... tiny onions. And apparently taste like 'em too. So... why not just buy tiny onions? O.o
I wonder what a caper tastes like.
