That sounds fine to me. I think that the concern that led to the current system (I am assuming it was that work with fewer readers would get higher ratings than stuff eveyrone was checking out), has proven to be mostly unfounded. I think it will continue to be so until/if the membership increase markedly.

It might be a problem for elftown, but I don't think it will be a big deal here in the forseeable future due to the huge diffence in active membership size.
