Be not afraid,
young child
as you gaze upon the world
so vast and enchanting

Our ties to this land
are older, even,
than time itself
and the promise
uttered long ago
will set your path alight
guiding the steps
of the eager young heart

Coursing through royal veins
'til the last footfall echoes
and the forefathers smile upon you
'til then shall you guard
the forests and shores
of your ancestral realm
