I had it all worked out
Had everything planned in my mind
And everything was going
perfectly.
But then I met you
And you made your presence in my life
which is why I now hate you
for loving me


Why do you mistake me
For the things that I am not?
Reminding me so plainly
of what I am
Why is it you've saved me
from this living hell I've earned?
Why protect me from the pain
that I deserve?
