Rhimy thing I wrote during a portuguese class... (don't ask...) it's about my inner desires, at the time.



What I want.
I want to run fast, super human fast
I wanna feel the wind fresh in my face
As I outrun a train; I wanna wash my hands,
and my clothes in the watery rain.
Run so fast I can see it all,
run past the beaches and the prairies,
past the deserts and oasis.
I wanna run on water, across entire rivers, across the sea!
I wanna run the world in a month,
Without ever feeling tired, I wanna see it all.


I want to jump high, super human high!
I wanna reach the fluffy white clouds, Touch the blue sky,
jump so high I will feel the warmy feeling of sun light;
so high I can examine the stars and actually feel the quiet
and peaceful night.
I wanna jump so high I can circle the globe,
So I can see it all, so I can see the world.


I wanna fly, superman kind of flight.
Then I can really see it all!
I can outrun a train flying,
I can go across great rivers and the sea flying,
I can reach the clouds, the sky, the stars,
Feel the night and the sun light flying.
I can fly across the globe and really see the world.
I wanna fly as far as my strength of will allows me.
Only flying will I truly feel free…
Free from limitations and laws, free from gravity;
Free from the ordinary and the same…


Free from this old place, I wanna see the world.
