Simplicity

Simple is the way
That clothes dictate our status,
That our minds apparently think
So similarily.
And simple is the way
That everyone has problems
That are never overly concerning.

Simple is the peace
Found walking through the woods
And the comfort of a true friends trust.
And simple is the harmony
That is cast around us
While music flows freely.

Simple is how we feel
When caught in an act of stupidity
Or how we think others are
If they differ from us.
And simple is what we are
When we think we are natures very best
And a gift to the world around us.

Simple is our lives
Surrounded by unnoticed perfection
And the hurt we experience
When things don't go right.
And simple is the realization
That no matter where we go
Our world will continue to embrace
Simplicity.
