The young girl's curves moved to slide above the boy. She placed her head on him, her tawny colored hair bright and vivid with highlights as it lay resting across his stomach like soft, relaxed feathers.
"D'you think we could stay here forever?"
The boy's dark hair lay a mess around his face. He smiled gently. "I don't think so, but maybe."
Smirking, the girl looked at him, her hair tossed over one side of her head.
"We could eat the wheat," she commented as she reached out to pluck one from its roots. "It smells delicious." She took a bite and grimaced, removing the broken piece from her mouth and flicking it away. "Perhaps not," she said casually as she climbed his body to rest her face against his.
He leaned up and kissed her, grabbing her to turn her over in the wheat as it danced around them.
She tugged his shirt above his head and he did the same for her, and they laid in the grass, touching each other's torsos in exquisite exploration, causing each other to shiver with delight in small movements.
As the boy kissed her again, pressing his body over hers, her lips moved to murmur softly against him, her eyes wide over his, helpless to him, "The way to your heart..." she hesitated a moment.
"Is through my stomach?" he said, laughing. She smiled, kissed him.
"Is the way to your heart through your mouth, is what I wonder," she chuckled.
