[Talenya]: 299.Poetry.Desolation

Note: As the title hints this poem is rather disparaging. Sorry but I was in one of those dark moods having a very bad day when I wrote it. I write my feelings out but things like this are NOT something that I do. Please do NOT mistake the poem for a cry for help.

Goddess of Darkness take my soul,
Heaven doesn’t want me,
Hell will not let me in,
Lost and abandoned,
I give into that darkness upon my soul,
But don’t grieve,
For no one will care for my passing,
And now they’ll all know...
The dreams of light and laughter that they all destroyed,
Was not but the last thing to have me running to your arms.
I tried to be the good girl so nice and kind,
I tried to be the bad girl with whips and chains and knives,
But, now I’m just a sad girl,
Snuffing out my life....
