My Redemption and destruction,
My darkest desire and deepest love,
You taught me how to fly,
Showed me so many wonderful things,
Then left me when the storms came,
I who would stay by your side,
I who would love you unconditionally,
But you have to let me.
My redemption and destruction,
Redemption ‘cause you make me whole,
Destruction because you took that away,
You have my heart,
You occupy my mind,
And you complete my soul,
Oh what should I do now that you've left me,
My sweetest redemption and destruction?
