If I am your sun,
then you are my moon.
If I make you shine,
then you brighten my nights.
If I colour your existence,
then you are my saviour.

For what is a sun,
without the moon,
but a lonely presence,
in a clear blue sky.

You are always far away and out of my reach,
but you are always there coming up behind me.
We continue our journeys,
to kiss on rendezvous’
And wave at one another,
when we ran out of time.
