[nameless]: 512.A Nameless story.Introduction

Well, I've never written an introduction before. This is actually my first story. It's an idea I have had for several years now. The main character is named Saint. Obviously, it's about his travels. It's a fantasy. Saint has magical abilities that he has learned over the years. He is a member of "The Order", a selective organization of ancient magic users. "The Order" has no name other then "The Order" because of it's secrecy. Only the highest ranking members know of the one name it once was known as before a tragedy called "The Great Transcending".

"The Great Transcending" is not easily described. Two things happened in this "great transcending": First, Half of the world's population was wiped out. Second, All of the survivers, and their genes, were inbued with magical properties that could be passed down through the generations. It was caused by a world war between Good and Evil. At one point in the war, the two sides made had used so much magical energy that a wave of it washed over the world, and like that, the war was over. Not one side was victorious, but there was neutrality throughout the world. Some people dont look upon "The Great Transcending" as a tragedy, because now magic is a comon thing and has helped advance society beyond the reaches of imagination.
