~True Kiss~

Ok... Maybe I've just been reading too much Ranma 1/2... Or maybe it's just too late at night.. But at precisely 3:19am on July 9th, 2005, I have come up with AN IDEA!! A plan? Most definantly. A story? Probably. A wiki? Perhaps. A manga? I dunno, let's just get on with the explaining!

Alrighty, the story starts off with a teenage girl. Let's call her Girly for now. She's just an ordinary girl, who goes to an ordinary school. She doens't have any special magic powers, and doesn't find any cute boys from the past in her basement. She's just a normal girl. Most of her friends are really flirty and boy-crazy, but she isn't quite into boys yet. She'd rather focus on sports and acedemics. So, unlike most of her classmates, Girly hasn't kissed anybody yet. She's not shy, and definantly not ugly, but she just doesn't date people yet.

One day as Girly's walking through the forest, she walks past an old spring. Being the slightly clumsy teeanger that she is, she trips and falls in. When she climbs out all angry and soaking wet, she hears a small voice talking to her from nearby. She looks around, and then sees a small little old lady floating in front of her: A spirit. The spirit says that by falling into the springs, she has awakened an angry spring-god. And now, Girly has only 30 days to ease the spirits, or the raging spring-god will release it's wrath upon the world. There is only one way to ease the spirits of the God, though... He is a hopeless romantic. Girly must bring a boy back to the spring and kiss him in the waters. At first she is in total disbelief, but then the little spirit sends her a vivid vision of her family and friends being terrorized by the God.

Only slightly phased, Girly leaves the woods and continues walking home. She makes out of the forest and into the city, trying to pretend like nothing happened. But she can't forget the things she saw, so she grabs the nearest boy her age and starts dragging him to the springs. He's kinda confused and and struggles to get away, but Girly can be quite strong. Especially when she thinsk her loved ones might be harmed. She gets all the way to the spring, pushes the boy in, and jumps in after him. Then she grabs him by the collar, takes a deep breath, and kisses him.

Oh, but it's not over that easily. The spirit, who doesn't always remember to explain things right, decides to say things more fully this time. You see, Girly must actually love the boy she kisses in the springs, and he must love her back. A "True Kiss", in other words. But now Girly can not go find her crush, because the God has seen this random boy off the streets. If the boy wants his friends and family to live, he will have to be the boy Girly kisses.

So Girly does home and tells her friends. The boy tells a few of his friends. Girly's friend and the boys friends all get together and decide: They must help the couple fall in love! The couple are forced to go on a date every other day by their "helpful" friends, who have spent time beforehand telling Girly and the Boy exactly what to do on the date. The whole things is nothing but a couple who weren't meant for eachother and friends who give terrible dating advice. Will Girly and the boy fall in love in time to save everyone they love? Or will they fail miserably? You'll have to force me to write the story to find out!
