[Evolution X]: 771.Five words. Army greetings

The soldiers lined up on the frozen tarmac of the army base on the crisp July day as General Askins marched in front of them shouting the usual blaring statements of “your hair’s too long” and “Are you eyeballing my son?” It was hard for the men to keep themselves in formation; this was one of those posh parties where the soldiers stood there and greeted some visiting lord and lady before getting the night off and ending up in the nearest pub for the night as the dignitaries dined on the best food in the mess. General Askins’ radio buzzed into life as unintelligible noises of static and a guard at the gates spluttered from it. Immediately Askins spun around on the spot and shouted “Right boys! I know you’re all eager to get out of here and get hammered! Just remember that everyone is leaving here at ten! None of you better be brawling in the streets like last year; that almighty clash cost us hundreds in damages when Nicholas here” the General’s gaze burrowed into a burly Privates eyes “put the stop sign threw a car window.” He spun around on the spot as the sound of an engine roared from the driveway; Askins plastered a smile on his face and got ready to meet and greet.
