Welcome to the

Fan-Fiction Database!

Fan-Fiction can be a tricky thing. Some authors like it, and others do not. Fan-Fiction is an acquired taste, such as some wines, and can be nice and fun. Rules surrounding FF are different then original writings.

You MUST put them on a wiki page.
You MUST say what is yours and credit all that is not.
You MUST follow all guidelines set by the original maker.
You, THE WRITER, will take FULL RESPONSIBILITY of anything you write.

Failure to follow these rules will get your Fan-Fiction removed from Writersco. (As a base rule, if you can't post it on fanfiction.net, don't post it here.)

So, you followed all the rules? Great! How do you post? Oh, simply create your own main wiki page! This wiki page can then be organized as you like. Link your page here and you are set! :)

2011-09-27 [Product of a Primal Urge]: Ooh, I'll be on here when you have it all set up :D

2011-09-30 [Ash]: Yea... I have to do this later... Thanks for reminding me! :)

2011-09-30 [Product of a Primal Urge]: Heh, you're welcome. I know things can get lost... I find random writings all over my room/computer. It can be fun, I have to admit.

2011-10-01 [Ash]: I know, I accumulated all of my printed writings a few years ago, I have them all messed up in a folder now. :)

2011-10-01 [Product of a Primal Urge]: I wish my stuff would fit in one folder! I have a hard time getting rid of things, even if it's just a couple of sentences.

2011-10-02 [Ash]: Yep, I know that feeling.

2011-10-02 [Product of a Primal Urge]: I will add my page to here when I get a free ten minutes this week. (perhaps tonight!)

2011-10-04 [Ash]: Yeah, I have to gather mine and sort it out... I'm half tempted to just put up links to my fanfiction.net...

2011-10-04 [Product of a Primal Urge]: Haha, that would be the easy way. I could do that too. I have slacked hardcore on Fanfic. Haven't done things in MONTHS.

2011-10-05 [Ash]: Ah... I update once a week. I've got people who read me work weekly so I have more inspiration to write.

2011-10-05 [Product of a Primal Urge]: I had a weekly following for a time and then I just disappeared over the summer. I'm hoping if I start updating the followers will come back to me!

What fandoms are you associated with?

2011-10-07 [Ash]: Naruto and Soul Eater, both are mangas.

2011-10-07 [Product of a Primal Urge]: Yep, I know those. I've read a bit of Naruto. Haven't gotten to Soul Eater yet.

2011-10-09 [Ash]: It's awesome, never EVER watch the anime though, after the first 12 episodes it goes way off the story line and ends abruptly because they ran out of money.

2011-10-10 [Product of a Primal Urge]: I notice that animes and manga often don't match up, that one or the other tends to be better.

2011-10-10 [Ash]: It's because the manga is release more slowly so the anime needs filler and to extend certain scenes. I watch the anime of Naruto but I skip all the filler, I hate filler. It's like a delay something rather.

2011-10-12 [Product of a Primal Urge]: Ooh, I see. Yeah, Naruto got painful for me watching it. The one manga/anime I don't mind reading/watching all of is Full Metal Alchemist. I haven't written much anime/manga fanfiction, oddly enough. Mostly just T.V. show stuff, for the time being.

2011-10-13 [Ash]: A lot of people write about manga and anime and I know it turns some people off, however if you get really good at it people will like your writing.

2011-10-14 [Product of a Primal Urge]: Yeah, I think the hardest part with that is manga/anime are very visual so it's a hard leap over to complete description or complete text.

I'll have to check out your Naruto fanfiction!

2011-10-16 [Ash]: According to my readers, I'm very literate. :)
