Feeling for bones-
Like branches how
wild they grow.
Will anybody notice?
Will anybody know?
Or stop to see
How easily they show?

Everyone pretends,
not everyone knows!
Everyone pretends
They really never know...

Hiding in the shadows,
Following ghosts...
Everyone pretends

They won't unless they
have been shown
The feelings and thoughts
That you will never show.
No, no one ever knows...
Unless they've felt for bones...

What some refuse to notice
is pain that it speads
no one seems to realise
those patients DON'T deserve to be dead
So many people think that they are it
but so few realise they are nothing in it

Cancer patients face so much
So little is to be known
But something this whole world should do
is teach those who don't
they will never comprehend
That it can happen to loved ones
a sister a friend

they do not seem to realise
that while they are at home
family's everywhere are finding
that cancer can start at home.
