PDA, Intermission?

The first round of duels at the Poetry Dueling Arena has wrapped up, but now the winners are stuck without challengers! We need more submissions from the members of WritersCo, and we need them now!

Remember, the poetry categories are:
Emotional
Free Verse
Narrative

We need your help to make this a success already!

PDA, Round 1!

The Poetry Dueling Arena is finished and already running its very first duels this week! The Emotional and Free Verse categories are both dueling through Saturday, so be sure to drop by and vote for the winners.

Remember, everyone is welcome to sign up and enter their poems of choice into future duels. Emotional and Free Verse will need challengers for their victors on Saturday, and the Narrative category just plain needs some love.

How many victories you have in the Poetry Dueling Arena will be noted in your official WC badge slot, so be active, jump at this extra exposure for your writing, and have some fun!

Poetry Dueling Arena

The new Poetry Dueling Arena is ready to go! Just like the Elftown Wiki Poetry Dueling Arena, who provided us permission to go ahead with this, the Poetry Dueling Arena will pit your poems against one another in one-on-one duels. The duels will be decided by popular vote, of course, and the winners get the glory!

As a fledgling operation, this arena needs your support. We need poem submissions and are also looking for Arena Mods, so get ahold of [Nightshadow] and [Mister Saint] if you have questions.

Currently, the categories are:

Free Verse - free verse poems, obviously.
Emotional - Poems meant to evoke a feeling
Narrative - Poems that tell a story

So come by and submit! The first round of duels begins this Saturday, December 2nd, so get your entries in.
