I recently wrote a book called "wanting to live, wanting to die" and it will be in bookstores and avalable soon. It's about my personal experiance with self harm and what I was thinking and went through to caus it. I hadn't planned on getting it published, but my "little sister", Jessica (who the book is dedicated to) told me I should get it published. I didn't it would work at first, but mirricals happen. I HOPE and WISH this book can help someone else who is dealing with self-mutilation and can fight against it and win. That's why I went ahead and went through with this. So it will help.
