These forums are sad and comatose. Now, I don't mind a forum that isn't constantly receiving posts (since there's no way I can keep up with them all on dial up), but it's really nice to be able to come into a forum and be entertained with... maybe a post every ten minutes? Every hour, even?  I guess I need to come up with something controversial that actually has something to do with writing so that someone will answer it. Yep, that's what I've gotta do... when I get around to it.

I tried that already. ^^ It didn't work at all, in fact, you were the first person to reply, months later. ^^

  Hrrrm... we just need more people then. And hopefully people who aren't going to set up here and leave. Already, most of the members here are inactive *frustrates*
  But at least there aren't any cyber-kids, playgans, or grammar sociopaths here. Yep. I love it here.

Well, how to get more members has been discussed and rediscussed. Outside of individual members advertising via word of mouth, there isn't a whole lot that the run-of-the-mill members can do.

Run of the mill members can add details to their blogs/websites, talk about WritersCo in other forums and writing sites, as well as passing a message on via word of mouth.

Things take time I guess.
