Beyu is a low-tech world with some low-level magic stitching the people's needs together. This particular village is medium-sized and fairly standard in every way. It's occupied by humans and a handful of halfbred elves and serves as the nerve center for many little settlements scattered over the region.

On the outskirts of town, a fairly new little house sits isolated in a clearing on a hill. Assorted herbs and flowers grow all around, and it's a bit ecclectic though unimpressive. This is where the odd little person had moved in, a dark-eyed, white-haired creature with a mixed personality. She's quiet and keeps to herself, almost timid at a glance, but opens up quite a bit easily before seeming to catch herself. Regardless, she's a good-hearted creature who's quite endeared herself to the town by way of advanced healing, and is often approached at her home, where she sells ultra-effective remedies with a price that always seems to be just the right degree of "low." It's anyone's guess as to how she affords to eat and clothe herself, really.
