A note, in very careful, flowing script, can be found inside the box. It reads as follows:

"Trigon, I have one last wedding present for you. You may not want to hear this today, but trust that it is for the best. Mi'ehna is dying. She began to die as soon as she was removed from Dothaven. If she has already begun to show signs of it, then you have a few weeks at best. She will be invalid for the last few days.

"But there is hope for her. Mi'ehna's mind is unique, without question... one of few that could theoretically survive without a brain to contain it. Like mine... she could potentially become an unbound soul. Figure it out for yourself. The body that she inhabits now will not last another month. I urge you to seek a method of transferring her soul into a new body, a vital one of nearly her own dimensions and age. In so doing you will save her life, and reap other benefits as well. Like giving her a functional womb.

"Along with this note you will find an elixir I have prepared for her. When you are ready to seperate her soul from her body, give it to her, and pay no mind to what happens to her old body. 

"There may be other methods. A time sorcerer could potentially undo the damage that Dothaven caused. A fellow named Djotan lives in a place called Lellis. Quava knows where it is. He will be difficult to convince, as he's quite mad, but he knows his business.

"That is all that I can do for you. Heed my words, or don't, it is up to you. If you choose to ignore this, I will not be held responsible for what happens to her. And I will laugh when her father kills you. But let's not have it go that way."
