Her heart-shaped face is pure beauty.
Her eyes are a pale grey with blue specks and are fringed by long dark lashes.
Her skin is pale and has a slight luminous glow.
She wears a dress made of moonbeams.
Her feet are bare.

The Ghost and the Moon - Art


I wrote this story on our old compy that had like hardly any memory on it in notepad...it was a bucket of bad stuff.
In any case - we got rid of the compy and now I dont know if we saved the story or not. So for now, here are my efforts of re-writing.

At night, when you look up, you will see a large, white orb glowing softly against the darkness of the sky. That is the home of the Moon.

The Moon was lonely.
She lived all alone in her big white house and had noone to talk to.

She would often sit in her moon-garden and hope that someone friendly would come to visit her.
So far, the only people to come to her home had been some scary looking aliens in big, puffy suits and the Moon had been so frightened that she stayed hidden in her house the whole time they were there!

One day, while watering her starflowers in the garden, the Moon heard some quiet whispering.

The Moon was lonely.
She had been alone for a very long time, and she wished for someone she could talk to.
Many years ago, she would often talk to the stars - but they were silly and twittery, and their lives were short. It was not easy to make friends.

The only other beings she had seen were strange, white suited aliens with big round heads and no faces. They had landed their ship right on top of her house, and stuck a flag into her roof. She was too scared of them to come out and say hello...they were so big...and so The Moon remained alone.

She would walk through her house that was full of beautiful things, and millions of books and games - She did not know how they got there, they had just always been there. She wished that she could have someone to keep her company, and share her beautiful books and play her games. But still...not one person came.

The Moon was sitting in her garden of starflowers and cloud, when she overheard some giddy little stars talking.

The best way to describe her is a soft, blonde girl-child. Full of wisdom, yet innocent and wide-eyed.
