My entry for the Five Words contest, January 2007 edition. The words are:

piano
bipolar disorder
incense
hate
dying

  You know, sometimes being an old soul really sucks. People are just so ignorant. They don't even get out-of-body experiences! So, pop goes my life support one day, and I come back to see my now useless body in a friggin' casket. That funeral was pathetic. There was enough incense burning to kill everybody. The piano sounded like it had bipolar disorder. And all because some morons went and diagnosed me braindead without thinking that maybe - just maybe - a vacation out to the cosmos could be temporary. Now, my hubby's in hysterics! Oh, god, I hate dying.
