NOTE: For a really good friend and room-mate of mine who had gone to do the National Guard thing for about a week.

I will miss you while you're away,
No matter how short nor long it be,
I'll miss your smile,
Seeing you in the eve,
Even your picking on me.
I know you'll not love me,
Yes-this I know,
But having you near,
Talking sincere is (somewhat sadly) enough.
So, I will miss you while you're gone,
No matter how short nor how long,
I will wait for your return,
