A Thousand days and a thousand nights is not enough to see all that may be,
for around a corner another bend there may yet be a sight alone and unseen.

Then bring to me oh whispering winds the tales of things far off and dim,
that I may come and with wondering eyes see all that is in heaven's design.

And so I move on with weary feet to meet with what and all I may,
to the ends of the earth and the beginning of day.

2006-06-20 pheonix1984: Something I did a while ago. It's just filler for now because my harddrive died and took everything with it :( So, enjoy, feel free to comment, and remember... Backups people backups ;)

2006-07-09 Emily: I liked this little diddle. It's short and sweet but I don't see any theme to it, aside of a traveller moving onwards in my mind's eye.

I like how you make it rhyme both at the end of each stanza and also within each sentence. Very well done and original.
