It was more than fair to presume that Morgan wasn't happy with his current situation. His toes felt like mush after walking all day. His pants were wet, thanks to a recent confrontation which included a bus and a puddle next to the sidewalk. His cell phone, a useful gadget every now and then, had no signal for no reason. His head hurt, due to low blood sugar. And to the top of that all, he didn't have a clue about where he was. He'd been lost all day, so that wasn't a new thing to him at this moment - but it was annoying, nonetheless. He dragged his feet along the paved street and looked constantly around in case he saw any sign that would tell him something of his whereabouts. And there it was, around a corner: a sign, a large one, with a map on it. Morgan walked to the sign and a smile rose on his lips as he read the label next to a friendly, red dot: You are here. Good, he thought, now he must only find out where "here" was. At least he knew he was there, and that felt relieving. Morgan pushed his hands in his pockets and started walking again, whistling cheerfully as he went.
