History: Born and raised into a military family, Effa never knew any space of land for more than 2 months. She was transported with her parents wherever they went, and war was engrained into her mind as clearly as most toddlers know the alphabet. Effa was born blind, and, as such, was expected to be safe from the line of duty. This was true enough, until her psychic prowess emerged one day during an unexpected incident at the child care center, where the assistants all found it extremely hard to get near a child who could throw 15 blocks at you without touching a single one of them. After the incident, Effa was taken in and taught to hone her powers in whatever military facility her parents were stationed at, since she refused to leave them. Once 15, the proper age for psychics to join the military, Effa joined without hesitation, and has been on active duty ever since. She still retains a close relationship with her parents, and writes to them every day she possibly can from the front lines.
Personality: Effa is the sweet, charming girl that everyone is always pleased to be around. She’s cute, polite, intriguing, inquisitive, and tends to smile even when others are frowning. That is, at least until she switches on her psychic prowess. Once Effa has ‘gone psychic’ she turns into a calculating tactical prodigy whose sole purpose is the survival of her team. The medical staff states that her brain has actually created this dual personality system so that her powers do not interfere with her ‘normal’ life. Anyone meeting Effa in both these states, without seeing the switch, would probably think the two girls were twins, not ever one person.
