On Sol Haven... or any of the 'Sol's for that matter, there is no such thing as snow or rain, being that such things could kill fire angels.

Soreth watched as his fire swords cracked and crumbled to the ground like leaves on a chilly autum day. All the other fire angels behind him gasped in fear, pushing themselves back towards the tall ebony doors.
He was scared. For the first time Soreth found himself fearing for his own life. The demon before him stood straight faced, and she hadn't hesitated, even when blood was spilling out onto her white robes.
The wind was so cold, Soreth could feel his body caving in on itself from being wet and cold for so long.
He tried to summon a sword again, he wasn't about to give up on this, not when Basa was dying right behind him.
The flames barely appeared before the demon waved her hand. The wind blew stronger and the snow wrapped violently about Soreth's hands, extinguishing the flames.
It was as if the snow had formed ropes about his hand, for Soreth couldn't move it. Slowly, ice began to form around his hand.
No matter how hard he tried, Soreth couldn't get the ice to melt. It continued to creep up his arm and the pain from the cold was so horrible that he wanted to scream.
