Halloween Horrors

A seasonal Flipside contest hosted by [Calliope]



Rules:

1. Poems – 5 or more lines.
Short Stories – Between 500 and 1200 words.

2. Must be a new, original piece written specifically for the theme.

3. Must be written by you. Compositions will be accepted but make sure they follow rule 2 and all writer’s are acknowledged.

4. No explicit sexuality or violence please. Stick to horror whenever possible.

5. Please put how many words or lines are in your composition beside the link.

6. Follow the following format.

Judging:

Judging will be done via poll.



Theme:

The theme is Urban Legends. You’re goal is to choose two or more urban legends, link them together and spice them up a bit. Spicing up can include the addition of any Halloween creatures, mythical beings and any other monsters you may think of. It’s Halloween after all, we want to take the scary and make it terrifying ;)
