Member Boss

The Member Boss has the responsibility of looking after the WritersCo members. This is a very 'customer focused' position and the position holder should be very approachable and friendly. As WritersCo needs members to exist, the member Boss will always be focusing on the members needs, they will encourage the member section staff to be active in the forums, organise news postings, find new ways to promote the community and attract members and also organise the creation of wiki pages that will be helpful to new members.


Responsibilities

» Ensuring the Member section runs smoothly.
» Meet and greet new members.
» Offer advice and guidance to new members.
» Seek new ways to advertise and bring in new members.
» Provide News to the community using the main page.
» Organise Featured Member of the month.
» Recruit Member section staff members.
