A forest-motif room big enough for two, with a cushy, fluffy four-poster bed, a fuzzy throw rug, and a card table with chairs sitting upon its hardwood floor. It has a private shower and restroom, and a window that can be opened to look out upon Hasu Vale. A fairly small closet and a long oak chest of drawers has been provided as well.

Crevan sets his pack down on the bed and removes his jacket, then sets to carefully checking all three of his pistols. He cleans them, then makes sure they're all loaded. This done, he pulls on a clean shirt and wraps a long scarf-like garment around his shoulders.
"I'm coming, mother. Let me rest a day or two."

His pack is filled mostly with scrolls written in a strange letter, and it's one of these he's studying when Isaiah knocks on the door.

"Um... supper is ready, Mister Crevan. Would you like me to bring your meal here, or will you come to the bar?"

Crevan considers for a long moment, then rolls up the scroll, slips one pistol into his belt, and opens the door.
"I will eat at the bar. And perhaps..." another one of his half smiles. "Perhaps you can tell me what you know about the festival?"

Isaiah brightens and nods, gesturing for Crevan to follow him.

Crevan opens the window and watches a couple of robins hop from branch to branch for a while before he sets to studying his scrolls again.

Isaiah knocks quietly on the door and Crevan calls for him to enter, putting away the scrolls that were strewn all over the bed.

"Papa said to give you this," he holds out the candle, "and to tell you that the vigil will start in a few hours. Oh! And this..." he holds out the puzzle box. "From a magician."

Crevan looks curiously at the thing, but doesn't touch it.

"Child, I think you should put that down," he says slowly.

Isaiah fingers it, examining it. "What? It's just a box."

The box in his hands glows breifly, then lights as to make Crevan shut his eyes. When he opens them, Isaiah is gone. A knot twists at his stomach. This isn't good. He slips another pistol into his belt and heads to the bar to have a word with this "magician".
