2006-05-31 [Kiddalee]: Excercise: Stay awake for 24 hours (or if you're already good at that, make it longer). Pick a random nondescript item. Write a story about that item. Do not self-edit. Do not claim that anything is stupid, whether it is or not. Write in whatever authorial voice you're feeling at the time. I did it yesterday morning. It was nice.

2006-06-03 [Kiddalee]: My teeth are pretty straight, too. My parents say that my sister ruined hers by stopping thumbsucking too late. I don't think I should believe them, though, since I stopped at six, and my baby teeth were obviously all grown by then, and yes, they were straight. Not to mention that it sounds like you'd have to damage your thumb in order to push on your teeth hard enough to ruin the way they grow.
