Description:
Hullo, my name is Adam. I'm starting to get into writing as more than just a hobby and I'm hoping to get some feedback, so that's why I'm here. I like to delve into several different psyches in my writing, though it may sometimes get a little repetitive. I am recently getting into the darker side of the human mind with my poetry, though I do still write some more middle of the row stuff. I'm working on a novel right now, though it's going kinda slow. If anybody has any advice on how to, er, pump it up, for lack of a better word, it would be greatly appreciated. I am also working on two scripts, one being loosely based on the night Vlad the Impaler enslaved his enemies - this one is quite short, consisting of a narrated introduction, an extended monologue by Vlad, and a final narration on his reign of terror while the guests are led off stage - and the other being more likely a movie script with my vision of it - this one is about a legion of creatures who are neither alive nor dead and control people's dreams and nightmares, inspiring them to complete their life's destiny or causing them to give up on life if they had strayed too far. The one about Vlad the Impaler is nearly finished and the one about the Legion is just begun.
My writing in heavily influenced by my favourite writers (poems, novels, music, etc.) though it may not be entirely noticeable. So just to give you a basic idea of the mindset that goes into my writing, here's a list of some of the writers who I constantly put into my work:
